Consent Text
This Consent Text has been prepared by Marmaris International Yacht Sport Club (MIYC) to obtain your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
What You Consent To
You give your explicit consent to the processing of personal data such as your name, e-mail address and phone number that you share during newsletter subscription, race registration or sailing school application, and to receiving electronic messages for the following purposes:
- Delivering the race calendar, results, event and club news by e-mail
- Managing your applications and providing confirmation/status notifications
- Communicating with you
Transfer of Data
Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with hosting, e-mail and payment service providers acting on behalf of MIYC; it is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. To stop newsletter delivery, you can use the opt-out link in each e-mail or send an e-mail to miyc@miyc.org. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
